Sweet potatoes thrive in full sun with good drainage and organic matter. Space runners 25 to 30 cm apart in rows 90 to 100 cm apart. Maturity is typically between 90 and 120 days depending on the variety. Water consistently during early growth, then reduce to promote root formation.
