Muiskraal Black Olives are a premium South African olive product
grown and bottled on the Muiskraal farm near Riversdale in the Klein
Karoo. Harvested at peak ripeness and preserved in a lightly salted
brine, these black are known for their crisp texture and
well-balanced, savoury flavour. The olives are presented whole with pits
intact, maintaining their integrity and allowing the natural character
of the fruit to shine through. The Freeman family considers these to be
among the finest table olives available, a view echoed by many who’ve

These olives are exceptionally
well suited to platters, cheese boards and antipasti spreads, but also
hold their own in cooked dishes such as tapenades, tagines or roasts.
