'A stunner' is the perfect way to describe these. Giant heads, enormously tall. They are much taller than all the surrounding walls, and nobody can miss them. They're often commented on as well by neighbours and passers-by. Almost at harvest time, and will be aiming to press oil from the seeds.

Easy to grow. High production of seeds

Planted a small packet of seeds as an experiment. Mine grew to about 2.5m and produced huge flowers. Harvested about 25kg of seeds on my first attempt and seeds definitely have a very high oil content! Now my biggest problem is how to de-husk them so I can press into oil.

Mine are just normal sized flowers, nothing exceptional or close to 40 cm.

If planted in healthy organic soil, these beasts can grow to over 3 meters tall.
