Another brand new release by Livingseeds. Red Fruitillar is a modern red-skinned, super tasty variety derived from the ancient Peruvian potato strains. Bred specifically for the gourmet food industry, this potato is exceptionally tasty and will certainly impress.

The contract grower that was growing this variety kept sneaking potatoes out for his family's consumption. They enjoyed the potatoes so much that it was touch and go if we would even have this variety available for sale this season. We are so glad that he found some self-control and didn't eat everything.

The yield is not outstanding, and this variety is rated as a medium-yielding variety, however, the flavour more than makes up for the slightly lower yields.

As this is a brand new variety, the seed potato sizes may vary quite substantially.
