Lepidium sativum

A fast growing leafy vegetable which is normally used as a garnish, on sandwiches, in soups, and in salads adding a delicious peppery mustard flavour.

The plants grow about 50cms tall with feather-like leaves that are highly nutritious. Cress prefers rich soil and a full sun position.

Ready for harvest around 45 days.
