Capsicum annuum

Valkamidi  was given to us by an immigrant customer at one of our garden shows. This is a very productive cherry type pepper that has a thicker wall than the usual Cherry Bombs or similar. Making this a far better option for people looking to bulk up their sauces and pastes without resorting to using tomatoes, which in my opinion just ruins a good chilli sauce.
