Solanum lycopersicum

Another recent release in "new" tomato colours by renowned Brad Gates. This variety produces prolific (as in bunny-rabbit prolific!) amounts of fruits that sport a stunning creamy-yellow skin with purple/blue-splashed shoulders. They really pop in a salad.

All the blue/indigo tomatoes are a deep blue/indigo/black colour while ripening, then mature to varying shades of red/yellow while keeping the blue shoulders. The flavour changes as the tomatoes ripen.

Standard packet contains approx. 25 seeds

Petite packet contains approx. 10 seeds

This cherry tomato is a strong plant that grows and produces well. The downside is they can split easily after a rain or if water inconsistently

Vigerous plants (they send out suckers like crazy) and good production. I had six plants trellised up strings that grew beyond two metres high then headed back down again. Tomatoes tasted creamy and sweet. The only concern is that as soon as I picked them more than half would split across the top once the stem is removed.
