Solanum lycopersicum

We're thrilled to introduce you to the latest sensation in the world of tomatoes! Developed by associate professor Phillip Griffiths at Cornell University, Cherry Ember is hailed as an heirloom of tomorrow.

With mesmerizing golden streaks and rich red color, these beauties are a sight to behold in any garden. One of their best attributes is a longer shelf life and resistance to cracking. And since they're an early-season cultivar, you can enjoy them sooner than most other tomatoes.

When you sink your teeth into these medium-sized cherry tomatoes, you'll experience a burst of sweetness and creaminess that's hard to find in any other cherry variety. We're fans of Caprese salad and have found Cherry Ember to be a great choice thanks to its meaty texture and practically seedless flesh.

Ready to harvest at around 65 days from transplant.
