Phaseolus vulgaris

This bean was given to us by Patricia Mcleod. It was grown out by her Mother in Cartonville since 1989 and known to them by the name of French Lazy House Wife. The plants are prolific producers of stringless and delicious green beans. The pods are crisp when young and are great additions to any meal, raw or cooked.
