This Heirloom varieties’ skin colours up a gorgeous violet color with light and cold. The first true violet variety of sunchoke available to the South African food gardener.

Mild and sweet artichoke flavour, with utterly massive tubers. A traditional variety for producing Topinambur (a traditional Jerusalem artichoke spirit) as it has superior fructose (fruit sugar) production when stored, hence its sweet flavour.
