Lactuca sativa

Deep green, slightly crinkled leaves form an upright loose head of lettuce. These leaves are mostly used in Caesar salad due to their crispness. Can be picked like a loose-leaf variety, keeping the lettuce in leaf production for an extended period, rather than harvesting a whole head.

Ready for harvest at around 65 days.

High heat/bolt resistance.
