Rozova Magia is directly translated from Bulgarian as “Pink Magic.” This is a traditional beefsteak-style tomato prized for its size, flavour and impressive yields. With strong, indeterminate vines and a medium-early maturity, this variety thrives in both open-field and tunnel cultivation, producing firm, pink fruits that often weigh between 350 and 500 grams, with exceptional specimens reaching well over a kilogram.

In the kitchen, Rozova Magia delivers a rich, sweet and meaty flesh with low acidity, making it a favourite for slicing, layering in sandwiches or savouring fresh with just a touch of salt. The texture is dense yet juicy, offering a crack-resistant fruit that holds up beautifully on the vine and plate alike.

For best germination, sow seeds indoors six to eight weeks before your final frost date. Plant at a depth of five millimetres in a well-draining seedling mix and maintain steady bottom heat of 24 to 27 degrees Celsius to support germination within seven to ten days. Ensure consistent moisture, but avoid waterlogging.

Transplant seedlings into rich, compost-amended soil in full sun once night temperatures are stable. Provide strong support for these vigorous plants, as their large fruit load and indeterminate growth habit require sturdy trellising or caging. Rozova Magia is typically ready for harvest 70 to 80 days from transplant, when fruits turn a full, clear pink and feel slightly soft to the touch. Regular picking encourages sustained production throughout the season.
