Gorgeous! I love this plant so much! After being disappointed by a rash of bitter aubergines bought from the store I decided to try grow some and was drawn to the reassurance that this variety is known for it's sweetness. I can wholeheartedly confirm this!
Relatively easy to grow and the bush itself is so pretty! My plants have grown to about 3ft in height and the same in width - beautiful large dark green leaves with a dark purple vein and stem, flowers are a large violet bloom with a neon yellow centre which the bees seem unable to resist. From just one plant I reckon we've eaten a good 16 fruits and it's still going strong. It's also seeming to love my hot climate and doesn't seem to suffer from dry spells when they do occur. I really do love this variety!
