Cucumis sativus

An old heirloom that dates back to 1880. Boston Pickling is a prolific producer of small crunchy fruits that are perfect for pickling, growing between 5cm to 15cm in length. Pick the vines over well during early production to stimulate more fruit production.

Cucumbers aid healthy digestion and contain vitamins B, C, potassium, and are low in calories.

Ready for harvest in 90 days.

Ek die jaar 15 plante geplant. Dit dra ongelooflik goed en baie vinnig en maklik. En dit is heerlik crisp. Dis al een wat ek van nou af gaan plant. Jy moet net op dit bly met die oes. Ekt elke 4 dae n was skottle volgepluk.

Easy to grow, prolific producer. It is lovely sweet tasting.

We grew these lovely babies and now have plenty of jars of crunchy pickles. They were a pleasure to grow. I only had three plants and would recommend planting at least six or more for a family of four to provide a good stock of pickles until the next harvest.
