Psychedelic colours that range from browns, greens, yellows, blues and reds really set the stage for an outstanding large cherry tomato.We find that the flavour increases in intensity as it ripens and then noticeably softens as the fruit becomes fully ripe. Every person enjoys this tomato at a different ripening stage, which is great. It has a good vine holding time, which is convenient for casual picking or if you are a market gardener.
