Lactuca sativa
An open-pollinated cos-type variety developed in Israel, Jericho lettuce produces very dense, bright green heads that are crisp and sweet. Harvest baby leaves from day 29 and mature leaves from 60 days.
High resistance to heat/bolting and tipburn. Tends to keep its sweet flavour even on hot days.
Suitable for commercial production of baby leaf lettuce.
