• Malawi Kambuzi

Capsicum chinense

A rare African chilli originating from Malawi in Southeast Africa. The name translates to little goat, as the local goats love to feast on the leaves of this chilli plant. In Malawi, this chilli is referred to as the chilli of flavour and is a staple flavouring in many Malawian dishes. The classic Habanero flavour dominates with uplifting fresh tropical fruit undertones. It holds its flavour well when cooked.
