Sorghum bicolor
Super tall (3m+) sorghum that produces naturally coloured stems. The seed is attached to the panicle branches (brushes) and is easily dislodged. The brushes are tied together in many different ways to make a long-lasting broom. The seed is edible and used in any traditional grain, flour, or brewing application.
